WING TAG ORDER FORM

Wing tags are available to both members and non-members of The Poultry Club of Great Britain in multiples of 10 ONLY in each size ordered. Price: £4.50 (per pack of 10 wing tags) . In accordance with Poultry Club of Great Britain’s Show Rules, wing tags will be permitted on the following breeds: Andalusian, Campine, Marsh Daisy, Norfolk Grey, North Holland Blue, Old English Pheasant Fowl and Spanish ONLY. No other breeds will be recognised as part of the wing-tagging scheme and therefore any exhibit not within these breeds found to have a wing tag will be excluded from exhibition under rule 24.

Wing tags are provided in 2 sizes:- Plastag A is designed for chicks that are between 1 day old and 14 days old. Plastag B is designed for chicks that are over 14 days old. Plastag A is fitted by hand, whereas Plastag B is fitted by way of an applicator. Applicators can be purchased directly from the supplier, at: datamars.co.uk. Please refer to Data Mars for advice on applying the wing tags.

Orders can be emailed using this form and payment made via the shop@poultryclub.org PayPal account. When using the PayPal method of payment, please state in the notes that the payment is for a tag order and add the PayPal Transaction ID here: ______________________. You can also make a payment by card over the phone. Alternatively, enclose a cheque or postal order, made payable to The Poultry Club of Great Britain, identifying the value here: £ ________________.
